Shipping Policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 7-12 business days. During high-demand periods (holidays, promotional events) or due to customs processing, delivery may take longer than the estimated timeframe.

Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.

International Shipping
Orders may be subject to customs inspection, which can occasionally cause delays beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, but we will assist you in tracking your order.

Delayed or Missing Orders

Refund Policy

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo or video of the issue. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will send the correct item or issue a full refund.

Order Not Received
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of the shipping confirmation date, please contact us. We will investigate with our shipping partner and offer a refund or reshipment if the order is confirmed lost.

Change of Mind
Due to the custom nature of our fulfillment process, we do not accept returns for change of mind once an order has shipped. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase.
